Current status and prospect of digital television in Venezuela

To understand the information society and knowledge (SIC), it must have a global vision of the world and processes in it are present where information and the flow of information through technological developments in recent decades, are the cornerstone of our present lives and apparently future.

this crucial period of historical transition, resulting from the technological revolution communications, creates a false impression of our environment. Thus, various means have failed to fulfill the traditional function of transmission channel, to acquire a "value" added, covering each of the dimensions of exerting pressure on it. This has been the expansion of a world increasingly large and complicated, difficult to be tackled effectively, the large number of existing channels of information flow, giving us respite for analysis and processing and giving us the opportunity to capture changes in the communications map of the early twenty-first century.

The emergence of the SIC is a product of the new possibilities of transforming the digital information into economic and social value, useful knowledge, which entails the development of a complex industrial and commercial in which the know-how becomes the new currency, recognition and advancement, boosted by the settlement of this new social paradigm.

The downsizing of media and the primacy of information and knowledge existing in the current scenario is the result of technological convergence experienced in the telematics field, a field in which industrial society lives greater or lesser degree, to a new myth in the theoretical horizon, which is called information society and knowledge, which, according to Paul Valenti, "is not determined by the information technology and knowledge, is determined a new form of economic and social reasons for the development of ICT " ( http://www.campus-oei.org/revistactsi/numero2/valenti.htm ).

The Gutenberg Galaxy, characterized by a preponderance of the press on the stage of knowledge transfer, has been diluted and, instead, it creates a new context in which unquantifiable sources of information circulating, saturated infobasura to unprecedented levels, as technology becomes more weight on the map communication, influencing all the parameters of human life today, especially in the content. In

this period of rapid change and "free" at stake is the constitution of Being, how to observe ourselves and others, and the modes of experience at the disposal of men whose sensitivity is being restructured under the influence of development of each component of the SIC. In this space-time that we, Being modern and postmodern coexist diffusely, and the constant clash with the changes in society echoes in our ego and alter ego, making compelling analysis of existing processes, product of today's global telematics. Being postmodern or current is to be in a world moving steadily into the unknown, giving way to another stage, where the dilemma is greater because it comes from external uncertainties to nature, if not, employing Giddens, quoted by Brunner of "manufactured uncertainty."

Just as information and communication technologies (ICTs) are changing the conception of Being, are also mutating relationships between companies, markets, capital and culture. This change has strengthened the economic model that begins to prevail globally, in which the breaking of space-time is causing a redefinition of society, making emergence of a generation of individuals influenced by this new social form, a consequence of new tax codes ICT bringing new relationships of domination and influence of the sectors in power within society. For this, we are living, as Ihab Hassan notes, quoted by Brünner again: "A moment that presupposes a vast antinomian undo (a making) of the Western mind. I say break but other terms are now de rigueur, for example, deconstruction, demystification, discontinuity,
differance, dispersion, etc. These terms represent a rejection of the traditional ontological full subject, the cogito of Western philosophy. "

The processes that we have before us is essential a radical reshaping of the theoretical as well as a comprehensive and integrated vision of modern society and the process carried out in it for a closer approximation to happens within it.

Leadership Motivation and Requirements for the transfer

"life planning and self-awareness"

-improvement. I think you've heard this idea many times, but perhaps in a slightly vague. To speak of personal growth must start from the premise that the man of any age, is an unfinished person. It has a number of strengths and weaknesses and a unique personality and needs to leave defining and improving day by day.

To see this more clearly, think about how we are today and how we will be in ten years. "Same? "Better? Or worse?

We all seem to agree that we, in future, be better than we are. And that is why the improvement is for everyone. We can progress and improve, no matter how young or old we are, how strong or weak, if we have a profession or not we, if we have studied or have not done. Everyone, absolutely everyone, we can be tomorrow better than today if we seek it.

We then define what is self improvement. What does it mean to beat? Than to improve, to grow, is to develop my skills and abilities and correct my faults. Each year is to be a better person, better friend, better son. In a word, is to continually seek a better man.

Once we decide we want to improve and excel, we face the question: how I can achieve a real improvement? The first thing we need to develop a plan of action, without it, our efforts, more intense they are, lack of direction and strategy.

Our improvement plan includes five steps:
First step: about Us MI SMOS
This is the first step in our plan of action. It is the basis of the excess and on this knowledge of ourselves, all of the following properties. Without such knowledge we want to be a doctor, forgetting that every time we see someone hurt us lose heart. In this first point, as in the other four is very important to be realistic. That is, we see things as they really are and not as we imagine. The too optimistic to believe that everything in it are qualities and achieve its objectives in three days. End up disappointed not to have succeeded. And the pessimist? Owner will think of all the defects of the universe and see your goal so far, prefer even begin.

Today we will delve into the first step of the plan for improvement: The knowledge of ourselves. Know ourselves as we really are, will be the basis of any attempt to do better.

The most wonderful part of the human brain. The brain is more complicated than a star and even more mysterious, because it is who commands the functions of different body systems, as well as bearing the relation to thought, speech, memory, sensation and movement. In it lies the experience, and most importantly, knowledge. All this is a sign of Excellence in nature ".

For starters, your body is a machine that uses the mind and the conscious mind is only a very small part. 90% of our mental life is unconscious, so that when you use only the conscious part of your mind, you are using a very small part of your ability. And the reason why many men do not succeed in life, it is because they are content with using only the conscious mind, the surface energy.

The conscious mind is one with the subconscious mind. But the mind should be divided in two.

conscious mind
The most used and known is the conscious. This level is that we use daily to make the most diverse choices. This level is usually associated with left hemisphere of the brain.

subconscious mind
As regards the level of the subconscious mind is responsible for the internal functions of the body, ie the functioning of vital organs. Distributes blood and nutrients to the organs, tissues and cells of the body. Is associated with the right hemisphere of the brain.

Second step: DEFINE OUR GOALS
Well, the second step of the ladder, is to take those dreams and turn them into goals, clear objectives. Like many of you, I do not know there was a difference between a dream and a goal, because there is, a goal is a dream accompanied by a specific date for their achievement, it is essential that we have short-and long-term and it is important that our short-term objectives, are consistent with our long-term goals.

Let me say that there are "three basic reasons" why people do not have sufficiently clear and definite goals:

The first reason: it is that we are never completely become convinced of the need to establish those goals.

THE SECOND REASON : it is because they have not been taught how to do them.

The third reason for fear: Many people never try anything new, only for fear of failing and if they fail, that means a point against him.

Less than 3% of individuals have clear, written goals, and these are precisely the same 3% more successful in their respective fields. "If you do not have their own goals, will be sentenced for life to work towards achieving the goals of another person."

5 Secrets to achieve your goals: Let me give
then five secrets you can use to achieve your goals:
1 .- Create a clear mental picture of your goals Taxing your
2 .- goal in the present
3 .- Your goal is your responsibility and you must give everything
4 .- You know it's impossible to fail
5 .- Each day do something to bring you closer to your goal

Third step: DEFINE SHORT-TERM GOAL
The objectives are the steps you need to take to reach our goal. The objectives unlike goals, are much more specific: how many times we do not pass when we were kids we proposed in the new year or a special occasion to make good on the day following. What happened with such good intentions? Nothing. He spent a week and we were exactly alike. What happened to us? That even when we were quite clear about our goal, never made concrete steps forward. Flesh! Only short-term objectives, allow me, over time, achieve my goals.

Step Four: DETERMINE THE TIME
If you do not define an approximate time to reach our goals, but maybe we achieve rather than in a year, will in five. Remember that the goals are long term or whether the time we reach will be much. Instead the objectives are short term.

Finally, it is important to know that at times determined to achieve our goals, do not talk about hard times, if not approximate. Not to say that for that day and I have achieved and whether I did not throw it all away. Not so. What we want is to calculate, approximately, for when we achieve what we are proposing.

Step Five:
REVIEW We review our plans and our progress every so often to change what is necessary and correct the path if we have strayed.

These are the five points has a plan for improvement. Only one thing I would remind you before the end. Do not forget that we have difficulties in the way, that perhaps more than once we need to repeat our plans and that there will be times that much advance and others in which our progress is very slow.

Only remember that the winner, not the one who never makes mistakes, if not knowing where to go, accept their mistakes, learn from them and moves on.

\\ technological appropriation in digital terrestrial television in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Venezuela

Venezuela is next to choose the standard that will serve as the basis for system DTT (DTT), which aims primarily to contribute significantly to the true democratization of information and social inclusion in our country.

The interdisciplinary areas and stresses inherent in this important project for Venezuela DTT, not only is the standard choice, but also in all matters concerning the implementation of the system itself (once elected Standard), this project makes a historic opportunity in the country to help boost the transfer \\ ownership technology in search of our sovereignty in telecommunications technology and other areas associated with the project.

The main purpose of the transfer \\ DTT technological appropriation in Venezuela, is the transfer, ownership and development of technology by increasing domestic production capacity of goods, services and productive innovation, as respect to DTT.

In this sense, then set the minimum requirements to be in transfer / technology appropriation by the meet promoters standard is selected.

1. Industrialization

For example, if you develop an MPEG encoder -5, which Venezuela is one of the places where tests are conducted to test the functionality of it in various cities.

9. Joint Utilization Test Results

• Both parties, ie, the promoters of the chosen standard and Venezuela, should be compromise to share the results of laboratory measurements and field become the standard in order to produce scientific and technical literature in set, that includes, for example, development of propagation models, development of optimization techniques, among others.

10. Support for the Development of Middleware and Applications

• There must be commitment by the promoters of the chosen standard countries in technical support in the development of our middleware and our applications , whether the Middleware Venezuelan DTT system is a derivation of that in the chosen standard, that is developed entirely by us.

Kick In Face And Forced To Strip

approaches to digital television

soon will not need to wait until you get home to tune your favorite channels, because the digital TV promises enjoy interactive services and Internet access, enjoy better quality images and sounds and to capture the signal from your favorite channel, even if you're in a moving vehicle, likewise have more channels open signal. Digital terrestrial television (DTT), which has already reached television systems in the world, in a few years become a reality in Venezuela.

decided Venezuela to adopt as the digital television standard to the Japanese standard ISDB-T with the improvements made in Brazil, so it starts the migration process of gradual, long-term, the television said on Tuesday the Minister of Science, Intermediate Technology and Industry, Jesse Chacón .

Chacón said the ISDB-T is currently recognized as the best digital TV standard, as it is the only one that can have both, high definition and standard definition digital television, as well as having developed a technology called one-segment, the only that allows with the same transmitter that signals to fixed television sets air, it can be transmitted to mobile TV, without any cost to those who will use the service.

Jesse Chacón explained that Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru are developing the Japanese television standard, and the incorporation of Venezuela increased opportunities throughout Latin America to implement a single system of television, because in the Currently the region is divided between European and American models.

Among the benefits that Venezuela means to establish such a system TV digital include better use of radio spectrum, widely develop applications such as telemedicine, tele-education, tele telegobierno and, among others.

Similarly, people can have an early warning system and emergency consisting of an interruption of regular programming to warn Venezuelans
imminent dangers.

Jesse Chacon said the transition from the current system is analog to digital is not intended to be abrupt, but that will take place within a period not exceeding ten years, while developing the system the country.

"The transition from analogue to digital in Venezuela will take about ten years", he said.

To migrate from analogue to digital will have to purchase a decoder to connect to existing conventional televisions, Chacon said, explaining that in the near future Venezuela will manufacture such devices. About

mobile use of DTT, Eiji Roppong representative in Venezuela of the Association of Radio Industries and Business Power (ARIB) and the Group of Experts Digital Radio Broadcast (DiBEG) explained that later, when defining the model to be developed by Venezuela, may be used at home the conventional telephone in Japan use tuner, with which the user becomes a signal receiver open and free television is say, they can see the signal channels in the phone without the cell phone company make any charges.

Similarly, the scientific head of the ministry stressed that beyond the technological advantages that will bring the country the Japanese digital standard, the biggest benefit will be "the value of social inclusion that we developed in Venezuela. "

The agreement between Venezuela and Japan which implement digital terrestrial television also involves technology transfer and training, so in the coming weeks a dozen Venezuelans will leave for Japan for training in the field, while School of Telecommunications will offer master's and doctoral degrees in digital television. The "ability" to have management skills! Annotations relevant

When we visit an organization and executives with his suit jacket and tie in how we got there, what they do to be there, I tell myself: "I want to be directors of the company I work for, if it is true, this could be any concerns or ideas that invite you to question the way of how you have taken your life and what you need to do to achieve your goals.

As we will see an overview of the role of the manager (a), based on the work of Burt (2003) who presents us managers to operate in all work areas and at all corporate levels, as they can go from supervisor to CEO.

The famous management theorist Henri Fayol (cited by Stornes, Freeman and Gilbert, 1996) identified 3 types of basic skills that every manager needs to have: technical skill (dexterity to use the procedures, techniques, and knowledge of a specialized field) human ability (skills for working with others, understand and motivate them, either individually or in groups) and conceptual ability (expertise to coordinate and integrate all activities and interests of an organization. This involves understanding the organization as a whole understand how its parts depend on each other, and to anticipate how a change in some parts affect the whole).

course this classification is important Fayol offered according to the administrative level, but remember that most senior managers in a while back had to go through several positions to be where they are now, that suggests that manage the three skills, however, the skill is essential for low-level managers, human skill but it is important for managers at all levels is essential for middle managers; because they have to use their ability to raise the technical skills of their subordinates what's more important than personal technical efficiency and, ultimately, the conceptual skill for managers at its highest levels, who should have a clear understanding of the overall picture of the organization.

By occupying a leading position at any level, immediately you will be responsible for carrying out its work in the company, either by setting goals and purposes, to monitor and coordinate work activities to achieve the desired results and ensure smooth operation. (Burt, 2003)

addition to skills basic, administrator, manager or director, you will need, according to Burt (2003) planning (deciding how best to achieve the goal set in their particular area of \u200b\u200bresponsibility), organized (decide the proper way use of resources (people, money, materials and information) to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Direct (communicate effectively and lead others to achieve some business goals. Finally, not least, control (monitoring and evaluation the way how the business plan is being carried out, timescales and deadlines for achieving the objectives and assess progress at each stage, it also implies adjustments in the plan or make corrections to seize new opportunities.)

"Being a leader means helping others to find the very north of their lives and the path to achieve it. Leadership has nothing to do with blindly lead people on the basis of vision the leader but in dis-cover the vision within each person and helping them cross the road leading to it "

Prof. Hugo Landolfi, Director of

School of Excellence for Applied Philosophy of Human Being

Secret Creme Para Que Sirve

two meanings that become a single

This digital initiative that allows hypertext, is geared for those entrepreneurs in large organizations, as well as individual ( SMEs) and those who aspire to leadership positions the opportunity to evaluate their policy and appropriate tools to plan the development and expansion of the leadership role.

shown in this blog in the form of survey items important basic and essential knowledge and judgments that may give an indication of their suitability as a manager, they were drawn from the work of Burt (2003).

need to take time for yourself and be devoted to reflect on their management skills, for example: "the money stops coming" to this calamity, the solution offered by Burt (2003) is to decide "the reorientation of his career and its progression. "

Let's review the basics of what relates to ability, according to Bravo (2002, p. ix) is called talent and skill to a person's ability to perform certain activity, thus, in the business is considered a manager's ability based on their capacity and capability to lead an organization toward predetermined objectives.

The world has changed to big steps out of sight, given the fact that the global economic crisis affecting the business sector, a situation that encourages companies to make many cutbacks, restructuring and redeployment.

The work environment is in sight to the trend of downsizing, and employees achieve their stay in the organization work full time, also provide more opportunities for part-time jobs, temporary contracts or just rampant informal economy workers or independent.

On the other hand, small and medium-sized businesses with moderate and basic personal, mean fewer opportunities for advancement.

also Bravo (2002, p. ix) adds to guide, lead, communicate, manage, make decisions, negotiate and resolve conflicts are verbs that name actions of prime importance in every leadership role in any organization public or private. These actions require the mastery of skills inherent to them.
As
says Burt (2003), managers rather than develop a career in one company, tend to rise when moving from one to another, instead of climbing stairs in a single company.

In summary, management skills are essential skills that the manager must develop according to the times of globalization we are living, new forms of organization, production, labor, business, new technology and humanism. (Bravo, 2002: p. ix)

In addition to the above, technological innovation requires new ways of working and new skills, use modern reiterates digital technology to ride the wave to reach its permanence in time.

therefore converge on the blog 2 important terms in the business world led to the audiovisual media, management skills and digital television, because the word sounded in digital television is a term that will revolutionize the concept modern television.

Following this matter, Zettl (2000) states that there are many benefits to be gained by moving from an analog signal to digital because the quality of picture and sound, compatibility and flexibility with computer systems , transport signal compression, and even the format of digital TV pictures and sounds produce higher quality to work with multiple generations of the same tape, show virtually no deterioration of picture or sound. It provides great flexibility to manipulate and create images and allows data compression to achieve an efficient transport and storage. "

Best of all, the digital signal may be forwarded directly to a computer without scanning it, this support allows the realization of special effects and computer generated images and of course with the help of the Internet, we have online via digital TV.

Repairing Leather Sofa Ripped On Seam

How to motivate your employees?

Before the conflict, ask yourself what results you would get and then decide to meet them. Given the indecision, look within themselves what you most value and appreciate, and act on their deepest convictions ...

The human capital is the most important integrating element of any company, as together with management, can achieve invaluable achievements (tangible and intangible) that eventually become large benefits for the organization, for the group or team and to the worker.

Given this argument, it is important to provide your employees with a harmonious environment, since it is in the office where you spend most of his time, becoming his second home.

then mention as a central part of the work of professional motivator Ontiveros (2009) who compiled a series of tips, in order to reflect on the approach made by business managers, regardless of their level administration (senior management, middle management, frontline management) made by staff.

1. Retains a positive work environment

is important to encourage creativity, new ideas, the initiative toward a stated goal, our doors will open, giving them the opportunity to express themselves, whatever is necessary to avoid feel oppressed or frustrated.

2. Participate in decisions

provide employees an environment to make their decisions, listen to their analysis, how they came to those decisions, ask questions of "what if ..." and of course, respect them.

3. Get Involved with the results

Share with them your progress, hear how they think they achieve their goals and reinforce their strengths, let them see how to improve their weaknesses, they must feel in you a support rather than an obstacle.

4. Give them a sense of belonging

When they say "our company", "my office", "my job" are identified with the company, help them that sense of belonging grows, this will give much less turnover than you think.

5. Help them grow

What if you give them training?, What happens if you put in your hands related publications your industry?, what happens if you send them to events where they can share experiences? ... You will be providing training, you are enhancing their skills, will be doing GROW. Why it is important to motivate our employees? Among many possible answers, is to having "good putting T" of the company. Do not forget: "Work is his second home."

6. Feedback

Provides feedback or feedback about the performance of each employee, indicating the points where you have observed their progress and those that can be improved by adding some recommendations for that purpose.

7. Listen to them

Try to join them as regularly as you allow your office, to discuss issues that concern them or may generate concern. Perhaps eating together or afternoon coffee may be good ideas.

8. Thank them

Thank them sincerely their efforts. A mere mention of Thanks! may be sufficient, they feel they are important to you.

9. excellence awards

recognizes and rewards employees who submit outstanding performance, beyond any "economic bonus, many employees will be better with some public recognition. Perhaps sharing the achievements of a team member with the rest of the company.

10. Celebrate the successes

The celebration does justice to the efforts performed to achieve success, at least once a month celebrates all the accomplishments of your employees to have more reasons to move forward, perhaps a board of "success" would excellent.

Always remember: Never give up!
