This chapter of the ISO 26000 RS points out that ethical behavior is essential to establish and maintain legitimate and productive relationships between organizations and, therefore, must observe high standards of ethical conduct, especially in managing relations with the State, its competitors, suppliers and trade associations.
Five Elements. covers five topics:

2) responsible political participation: political processes can support and promote actions that benefit society. However, avoid behaviors such as manipulation, intimidation and coercion. 3) Fair Competition: One should avoid any anti-competitive behavior, such as to agree with competitors to sell at the same price or for rigging bids or tenders.
4) Promote social responsibility in the sphere of influence should not buy products or services to companies that are socially responsible.
5) Respect for property rights: These include interest on the land, copyrights, patents and others. Recognize promotes investment and economic and physical security, stimulates creativity and innovation.
Respect. corruption prevention and responsible political participation depends on respect for the rule of law, adherence to ethical standards and transparency. Fair competition and respect for property rights can not be achieved if organizations do not operate between them in an honest, fair and complete.
