It has a number of strengths and weaknesses and a unique personality and needs to leave defining and improving day by day.
To see this more clearly, think about how we are today and how we will be in ten years. "Same? "Better? Or worse?
We all seem to agree that we, in future, be better than we are. And that is why the improvement is for everyone. We can progress and improve, no matter how young or old we are, how strong or weak, if we have a profession or not we, if we have studied or have not done. Everyone, absolutely everyone, we can be tomorrow better than today if we seek it.
We then define what is self improvement. What does it mean to beat? Than to improve, to grow, is to develop my skills and abilities and correct my faults. Each year is to be a better person, better friend, better son. In a word, is to continually seek a better man.
Once we decide we want to improve and excel, we face the question: how I can achieve a real improvement? The first thing we need to develop a plan of action, without it, our efforts, more intense they are, lack of direction and strategy.
Our improvement plan includes five steps:
