OPPORTUNITY IN A POSITION IN MEXICO RAISES FIFA TAKES PLACE 26
FIELD The Mexican Soccer Team reached a position on the list last month and is located at position 26 of the FIFA world rankings released Wednesday.
The Brazilian national soccer moved into third place, leaving behind Germany and Argentina.
Spain and Holland, World Cup finalists last year, remained in the top two spots after winning qualifying matches for Euro 2012.
Meanwhile, world champion Italy in 2006 - re-entered the top 10 to move up two spots to ninth, thanks to last month's wins over Slovenia and Ukraine.
The Return of the combined "azzurro" in the top 10 positions after an absence of seven months came at the expense of Greece, which fell to twelfth place.
A major advance in the first 50 positions of the protagonists of Israel and Belgium, which climbed 25 steps to settle at positions 33 and 37, respectively.
Among the best placed South American team, Uruguay remained seventh and Chile did so in the fourteenth location.
