In Washington, Elisa Carrio had a meeting with the OAS and IACHR

The candidate for President of the Civic Coalition, Elisa Carrio began this morning a strong political agenda in Washington for a meeting with the Secretary of Political Affairs of the Organization of American States ( OAS) Víctor Rico Frontaura in which they talked about a readjustment of the OAS Democratic Charter and the functioning of the tools that make up the American system.

During the meeting, Carrio raised, inter alia, four proposals to restructure the OAS Democratic Charter, designed to address conflicts between the powers without resolution, the closure of the inspection bodies, judicial disobedience by the executive, this is the non-compliance with judgments and Finally, the lack of Parliaments.
