The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in Guatemala comes from CEFS (Council of Business, Foundations and Institutes of Guatemala) and that is how the organization was born
Focus Corporate Social Responsibility CSR is a practice that has become relevant in the new international economic order. What you crave with this practice, is to improve the lives of Guatemalans through achieving rapid economic growth and sustainable, based on an environment of macroeconomic stability, promotion of productive investment and employment generation.
Corporate Social Responsibility is the decision-making in business, linked to ethical values \u200b\u200badherence to legality and respect for human dignity, community and environment.
ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COMPANIES, FOUNDATIONS AND INSTITUTES OF GUATEMALA (CEFS)

We are part of the Council on Foundations, which acts as the umbrella for all foundations and NGO `S to transparency in Guatemala. Currently consists of the main foundations of Guatemala which have benefited from the facilitation of joint partnerships between Council members and other external organizations for social development, addressing the integrity of development in all ways:
HEALTH, EDUCATION, CULTURE AND RESEARCH BUILDING OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, and a very important HAVE POLITICAL INTERFERENCE IN THE STATE OF THE COUNTRY TO BENEFIT GLOBAL
EXAMPLE: The success that was to win the Integrity Act in which the Council represent and protect all NGO `s S & Foundations of Guatemala.
As part of the Council on Foundations Rozas Botran Foundation and its members have in our care the best program to continue empowering families and structural changes to indigenous women (14 thousand families in the program.)
